By enrolling in any course at Positivethought Learning Academy, you agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.
1. Course Enrollment & Payment
- Students must pay the course fee fully or as per the agreed installment plan before attending classes.
- Payment confirms your seat reservation in the selected course.
- Fees once paid are considered confirmation of enrollment.
2. Cancellation by Student
2.1 Before Course Starts
- If a student cancels enrollment before the course start date, a partial refund may be provided after deducting registration and administrative charges.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or in writing.
2.2 After Course Starts
- No refund will be provided once classes have started.
- Students may request batch transfer or rescheduling based on availability.
3. Cancellation by Academy
Positivethought Learning Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course due to insufficient student enrollment, trainer availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Students can shift to another batch, or
- Receive a refund for the amount paid.
4. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be sent to info.positivethought@gmail.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
